1. Information We Collect

Account Data: Your name, email address, and phone number.
Aviation Data: Roster PDFs uploaded by you, which include flight numbers, dates, and times.
Contact Data: The WhatsApp numbers and names of the family members or friends you choose to add for flight alerts. By adding them, you confirm you have their consent to share their number with us for this specific purpose.

2. How We Use Your Data & Meta Compliance

We use your data strictly to provide automated flight tracking alerts.

We route notifications through the official WhatsApp Business API.
We do not and will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your contacts' data to third parties.
Contacts receive an initial message explaining the service and can opt out of receiving WhatsApp alerts at any time by replying "STOP".

3. Third-Party Services

Our flight tracking relies on enterprise-grade, third-party global aviation data providers to detect aircraft departures and arrivals. These providers receive only the flight number and date necessary to monitor your scheduled flights. No personal information (your name, contact details, or family data) is shared with these aviation data services.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We practice strict data minimization to ensure your privacy and operational security:

Roster PDFs: When you upload a roster PDF, it is securely stored only for the month to which that roster belongs. This is strictly to review and resolve any technical parsing issues or notification errors. At the end of that specific roster month, the PDF is permanently deleted from our servers.
Flight Logs: Detailed flight tracking logs are reset at the beginning of every month. We permanently retain only anonymized, aggregate data (e.g., the total number of flights tracked and notifications delivered) for system analytics.

    Your Right to Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer at the details provided below.
