This policy outlines the billing, cancellation, and refund procedures for That Pilot Friend, operated by Purple Aerotech.
1. Beta Testing Phase
That Pilot Friend is currently in a free Beta testing phase. Users will not be charged or asked for payment information during this period.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Upon public launch, the service will operate on a prepaid subscription basis with Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual plans. Pricing details will be communicated to all users before the transition from the free Beta.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time directly through your user dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, all future scheduled WhatsApp alerts will immediately cease.
- You will retain access to your account features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- You will not be billed for the subsequent cycle.
4. No Refund Policy
⚠️ Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the digital infrastructure and the immediate costs incurred for processing aviation data and WhatsApp API messages, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- We do not offer refunds for unused time on monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
- All subscription charges are final and non-refundable.
